The place has continued to draw large crowds ever since it opened in April 2019, and we can definitely see why! Between the shops, attractions, and of course restaurants and eateries, Jewel Changi Airport is also a defining Singaporean landmark on its own. 1. A&W

After much anticipation, we finally got the A&W halal certification in November 2020! Their menu is chock-full of classic American favourites, with everything from burgers and Coney dogs, to fried chicken and waffles. And of course, who can forget about their iconic draft root beer floats? If you love burgers, be sure to savour the thick and juicy beef patty in the Mozza Burger!

2. Sanook Kitchen

This halal-certified Thai food chain serves authentic and affordable Thai fare at Jewel Changi Airport! Sanook Kitchen's casual feel and familiar menu make it a good choice if you're really craving some tom yum soup, pineapple fried rice, or stuffed chicken wings. Their dishes are perfect for sharing with your family too, especially their tom yum platter!

If you're a fan of coffee, you wouldn't want to miss getting some coffee from this world-famous coffee store which originated from Kyoto.

At Arabica, the menu might be simple with mainly Espresso, Macchiato, Caffe Latte and Americano but one sip and you can possibly taste the depth and richness of the coffee. But what's special is that you can select your own coffee beans and they'll be freshly roasted on the spot for you! This is something that you can't get at many other coffee shops out there. You can also request a single origin or blended coffee too! What a treat!

Halal status: The coffee at Arabica does not contain alcohol or animal derivatives. They do sell some croissants but we are unable to verify its halal status. We advise you to visit at your own discretion.
