Iftar At Daya Izakaya This Ramadan 2022
If you and your foodie friends are looking for small but filling bites for iftar, their Sashimi and Sushi Value Set is perfect for you! Their fresh sashimi platter has three different types of sashimi for you to satisfy your craving: the classic salmon sashimi, maguro (tuna) and the hamachi (yellowtail) if you prefer something more subtle ☺️
They also have an array of sushis for you to choose from such as the spicy salmon roll topped with crunchy tempura bits, which will be a favourite for spicy food lovers, crab cheese maki and crispy soft shell crab maki, for a little added finesse on your usual sushi options! Don’t worry, this set is suited for 2 to 3 people, so there’s enough for everyone (that is, if you are willing to share these mouthwatering rolls! ?)

Perhaps you prefer something warm to break your fast with; you wouldn’t want to shock your grumbling belly with something too strong. Why not choose the Chicken Kaminabe? It’s a classic hotpot meal the Japanese love when it’s winter, so you can expect comfort and satisfaction in every bite. Choose either the clear or spicy soup and dig into a hearty, steaming pot of tender chicken chunks, assorted fresh vegetables and mushrooms, and soft, silky tofu. Imagine having this once you break your fast; it’s truly food for the soul ? There are other options available such as seafood, beef and oyster as well!
Crispy, smoky, and savoury yakimono dishes like their Grilled Miso Lamb often appear towards the end of the meal in an izakaya in Japan—just a few bites are enough to satisfy, making them the perfect ending to your izakaya experience! The lamb cutlets are well-marinated with a heady mix of seasonings which will truly take your tastebuds to the next level. If the burst of flavours isn’t enough, you can squeeze a lemon wedge for a strong, intense kick ?
If you want to avoid the growing crowds, or you'd much rather have your iftar in the comfort of your home, Daya Izakaya also offers a Value Set Menu for 2, 4 or 6 people. The value set meals are available for takeaway and delivery on foodpanda, GrabFood, Hungry (Islandwide) and SgDelivery (Islandwide). This way, you can enjoy all of these scrumptious meals or even try their Yakiniku (Beef) and Teriyaki Chicken Don sets with accompanying sides like Fried Chicken Karaage, Gyoza, Salmon Sashimi, Spicy Salmon Sushi Roll and Ebi Tempura ? Each meal also comes with Coke and Sprite. It’s going to be one delicious iftar that will keep your bellies full throughout the night (so you have energy for your terawih prayers! ?)
